Inspired: Inspired people actively work to create value-driven opportunities and build partnerships that lift others to achieve individual and shared goals.


Trusted: People who are trusted are more likely to seek opportunities to influence and improve things because they believe that the extra effort will create a benefit.


Constrained: People have worked hard to get out of being reactive and want to use their experience and strengths but feel stuck and frustrated, something or someone is holding them back. Having a personal presence that is calm and confident opens doors.


Reactive: If people cannot understand and work with emotions, they become reactive and micro-manage as they desperately need to gain control.


Powerless: When people feel powerless their core values are not being met, and their energy and performance dives. Responsibility is needed to prevent an attitude of blame and get out of the pain.
